Ross E. Skelly, CPA

Founder, Managing Partner
Ross Skelly, CPA, is the managing partner of Chicoski, Skelly & Co., LLP. He joined the firm in 1990 and has more than 35 years of experience in finance and accounting. He is dedicated to providing the highest level of personal service to his clients, specializing in complex tax and financial issues. He has a wide range of experience with closely held local businesses, including audits, reviews and compilations, business valuations, tax planning and preparation for corporations, partnerships, individuals and estates and trusts. His clients include manufacturers, real estate managers, construction contractors, and many others. 

Mr. Skelly received his BS in Business with a major in Accounting from the University of Connecticut. He is a member of the Connecticut Society of Public Accountants. He resides in West Hartford with his wife, Christine. He has three adult children and enjoys playing golf, cycling, and spending time at the Rhode Island shore.

Lisa Concannon

Office Manager
Lisa Concannon joined Chicoski, Skelly & Co., LLP in 1999, adding to the firm 13 years of office experience. She works full time assisting the accounting staff with the daily operations of the office. Some of her responsibilities include customer service, supporting accounts receivables and payables, and processing tax returns. 

Lisa attended Northwestern Connecticut Community College and studied Business Management/Administration.
